Important information for students

Students of ŠKODA AUTO University can contact the Study Affairs Department through the Contact Centre in the Academic Information System. The Contact Centre is used to submit all requests identified by the issue being addressed. If unable to find the right form, use “General query/request”.

The Study Affairs Department kindly asks students to respect its office hours. Individual meetings outside of the office hours can be arranged by phone or email in case of urgent matters or problems.

Study confirmations are issued by the Study Affairs Department to students on the day of enrolment for the 1st semester. Outside of this date, students will need to print the confirmation and visit the Study Affairs Department to have it confirmed. To print the confirmation, use the student portal in the information system and click the study confirmation icon. Both Czech and English versions are available.

Study confirmation in the information system is available for the current semester only. Retrospective confirmations can be found in the information system on the document server in the Study Affairs Department section. It needs to be pre-filled, except for the date (to be completed by the Study Affairs Department) and have it confirmed by the Study Affairs Department.
