Follow-on master's degree programme in Czech

Follow-on master's degree programme - Academic year 2019/2020 and summer semester 2018/2019

The master´s degree programme has two intakes per year.

Currently, it is possible to apply for summer semester for the academic year 2018/2019 which commences in February 2019. (Submission deadline: from 24.09.2018 to 31.1.2019) 

 

E-application to the winter semester for the academic year 2019/2020 will be launched 1.12.2018.

 

Starting from the winter semester 2016/2017, students can now study the Master's degree programme Business Administration and Operations in full-time mode in PRAGUE.

 

Starting from the winter semester 2017/2018, students can now study the Master's degree programmes Corporate Finance Management in the Global Environment and Law in the Global Business Environment in full-time mode in PRAGUE. Starting from the winter semester 2018/2019, full-time study of Marketing Management in the Global Environment will be added.

 

Starting January 2019, students will be admitted to specializations.

Conditions for bachelor's degree graduates include:
 
 The minimum criteria for the admission to the master´s degree programme in Economics and Management require the successful completion of a business, technical or any other related bachelor degree either from ŠKODA AUTO University or similar institutions. The conditions for admission to study are detailed in the internal regulation of the Rector's Decision on the Admissions Procedure, which can be found Here
There are no entrance exams.

Applicants become students of the University when they officially enrol into the degree programme.

 

Notice:

Applications are assigned enrolment dates according to the submission deadline (if not specified otherwise by the applicant).
E-applications that are not completed by the round closing date will be automatically transferred to the next round.
E-applications that are not completed by 19.9.2019 will be rejected.
 

The decision on admission acceptance onto the programme is decided by the University Rector. Decisions on admission shall be made in writing within 30 days from the verification of admission conditions. Applicants will receive the admission decision and the invitation to enrol for studies either together or separately.


Foreign applicants who require visas are advised to submit their applications in the regular term.

Application procedure

It is possible to submit your application at ŠKODA AUTO University using the electronic application.

 

There is no administrative admission fee for admission proceeding into the follow-on master´s degree programme.
 





ELECTRONIC APPLICATION

 

Open the e-application and complete in full.
 
Send a legally certified copy of your diploma proving the completion of a bachelor’s degree program to the university. If at the time of application you do not have the diploma yet (awaiting certificate etc.), please send the application without it. As soon as you obtain the diploma, please send it to the Study Affairs Department.


You will obtain access to the e-application system that allows you to monitor your application until the deadline. E-applications will be deemed complete and accepted only after completion of all formalities. It is therefore in your interest to check this. No medical certificates are required by the University.
 
NOTICE: If you cannot submit the e-application, it is possible to send a paper application (form SEVT 491450) to the university address below.
 

Information for international applicants and applicants who received previous education abroad

If you require a visa we recommend that you send your application by the first deadline (1st round) of the admission procedure, in order to start the visa process as soon as possible. 

 

Send a legally certified copy of your diploma and diploma supplement/transcript proving the completion of a bachelor’s degree programme with certified translation into the Czech language to the university (postal address below). If at the time of application you do not have the diploma yet (examination has not yet taken place, awaiting certificate etc.), please send the application without it. As soon as you obtain the diploma, please send it to the Study Affairs Department.


Any student who received bachelor education abroad and intends to continue studying in the Czech Republic (including ŠKODA AUTO University) must undergo a process called "Recognition of foreign education." Applicants for the master’s degree programme must submit a Certificate of recognition of a foreign diploma or Decision on recognition of a foreign diploma. Information for international applicants and applicants who received previous education abroad (pdf 253 kB).

 

During the process of admission, applicants can order supplementary services, such as: accommodation reservation and receipt of accommodation, sending documents of admission to studies via international express courier services or assistance in recognition of prior education (so called nostrification).
