Bachelor’s degree programme - Academic year 2018/2019

The bachelor’s degree programme has only one intake per year. Currently, it is possible to apply for the academic year 2018/2019 which commences in September 2018.

E-application to the winter semester for the academic year 2018/2019 will be launched 1.12.2017.

 

Starting from the winter semester 2017/2018, students can now study the Bachelor's degree programme Business Administration and Human Resources Management in Prague in full-time mode; Business Administration and Financial Management full-time study will be added in winter semester 2018/2019.

Applications are assigned enrollment dates according to the submission deadline (if not specified otherwise by the applicant).
E-applications that are not completed by the round closing date will be automatically transferred to the next round.
E-applications that are not completed by 20.9.2018 will be rejected.

 

Foreign applicants who require visas are advised to submit their applications in the regular term.

 

Admission requirements

Admission to the bachelor’s degree programme in Economics and Management is on the completion of full secondary school education or vocational education. There are no entrance exams.

 

Applicants become students of the University when the officially enrol into the degree programme. ŠKODA AUTO University reserves the right to terminate the admission procedure if the number of accepted applicants reaches the capacity of the programme.

 

Decision on admission acceptance

The decision on admission acceptance onto the programme is decided by the University Rector. Decisions on admission shall be made in writing within 30 days from the verification of admission conditions. Applicants will receive the admission decision and the invitation to enrol for studies either together or separately.

 

 

APPLICANTS WHO RECEIVED SECONDARY EDUCATION IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC
 
 Open the e-application and complete in full.
 
 Send a legally certified copy of your school-leaving diploma to the university (postal address below. If at the time of application you do not have the diploma yet (examination has not yet taken place, awaiting certificate etc.), please send the application without it. As soon as you obtain the diploma, please send it to the Study Affairs Department.

 Pay the administrative admission fee of 350 CZK (the account number and variable symbol will be given to you when submitting the e-application). Proof of payment is not necessary as the payment is usually processed automatically within one week after the date of payment. .
 
You will obtain access to the e-application system that allows you to monitor your application until the deadline. E-applications will be deemed complete and accepted only after completion of all formalities including verification of payment of the administration fee. APPLICANTS WHO RECEIVED SECONDARY EDUCATION ABROAD
 

 If you require a visa we recommend that you send your application by the first deadline (1st round) of the admission procedure, in order to start the visa process as soon as possible.

 Open the e-application and complete in full.

 Send a legally certified copy of your school-leaving diploma including school-leaving supplement with certified translation into the Czech language to the university (postal address below). If at the time of application you do not have the diploma yet (examination has not yet taken place, awaiting certificate etc.), please send the application without it. As soon as you obtain the diploma, please send it to the Study Affairs Department.

 Any student who received secondary education abroad and intends to continue studying in the Czech Republic (including ŠKODA AUTO University) must undergo a process called "Recognition of foreign education" (nostrification). You will find information in the document Information for international applicants and applicants who received previous education abroad.
 
 During the process of admission, applicants can order supplementary services, such as: accommodation reservation and receipt of accommodation, sending documents of admission to studies via international express courier services or assistance in recognition of prior education (so called nostrification). More information is available in our offer.

 Applicants applying via agencies must pay the administration fee and tuition fees to ŠKODA AUTO University’s account directly. Agencies are not authorised to collect these fees.

 No medical certificates are required by the University.

NOTICE: If you cannot submit the e-application, it is possible to send a paper application (form SEVT 491450) to the university address. Payment of the administrative admission fee of 500 CZK (account number 2108726654/2700 UniCredit Bank, IBAN: CZ80 2700 0000 0021 0872 6654, variable symbol 7611), no later than on the closing date for application. Please attach proof of payment to the application.
